I'm traveling back home and making multiple stops in different states and the ease of which I can travel with this hair has been really great. It's been about two weeks now I'm expecting to wear it for another two weeks. I've already washed it and not too much issue there. It is a little more tangly, but not unbearable or noticeable. You would pop it like regular locks. You don't really need scissors or anything to clean it up. The pictures provided is after the first wash.
I purchased two packs of 12", two packs of 14", and two packs of 16" for a total of 6 packs. I think i would have used half of the 7th pack to fill in gaps at the top of my head but 6 works well if you know how and where to space it out at.
I chose the ombre version so that I wouldn't have to worry about covering my braids at the root. So I really like that option to have color on the ends but cover my roots. I'm looking forward to trying this out again, but I would love some more options for color where the roots are dark.
The only thing that gives me pause is the price. I'll see how this comes out after the next two weeks and see if it's realistic that I can reuse this without it getting tangled in the takedown process, but I'm really excited that I used this brand because I have been waiting for an opportunity to buy this for like two years.
