Color misleading

I ordered the blond color. Received order, color is looks like a dull brown. My reason for ordering was I wanted blond hair. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Blonde Highlights color misleading

The quality of the hair good but I believe the color of the hair is darker in person than the color in the picture. Most people who choose blonde want a blonde color (similar to what is promoted on the website, but what is delivered in a dark blonde.

I am not a fan of the color. Waiting for a bleach blonde version. I love the quality of the hair.

Surpassed my expectations

Soft beautiful curls and the color is beautiful. Right now, I have another color on of this hair, but I look forward to wearing this blond in the future.

Gorgeous Curls

The hair has nice longevity and is easy to install.

My only complaint is the blonde is more "honey blonde" than a lighter ash blonde as shown in the picture.

Very soft and keeps it's curly state for a long time. I will be buying again!

Mostly grey?

That's me, I am mostly grey. I've tried for a long time to look for hair that matches my color, and I finally found it. I get so many compliments on my hair… literally daily compliments. I love this hair.

Great Customer Service

I have written a previous review about CrochetBraidsPlus (CBP) hair but I now want to say a few words about their customer service as well - which is excellent.

No matter how good a product is, a bad customer service experience can easily sour your desire to do repeat business with them. Well, I recently experienced an error with an order. However, the CBP return process was fast and easy. They were very polite and apologetic about the error and promptly supplied a return postage label. Once they received my return intact, they issued a credit to my account - which was the refund method I selected.
All in all, an excellent customer service experience. Well done.

Salt & Pepper

I ordered the Salt & Pepper Yankytwists as I am starting to go gray around my temples and I do not wish to continue dying my hair. I blended in a few of the Salt & Pepper Yankytwists into the areas where I was a bit gray. Worked perfectly. The Salt & Pepper twists are not fully gray but just the right mixture of my natural color and the gray. Will keep these twists on hand.

Gorgeous Fall Color

I have been wearing this hair for years in Dark Chocolate. This color is beautiful, and a good way to add a little fall color to my style. It’s beautiful!
