Ombre Carmel Mix

I usually stick to one color when I find one I like.I decided to step on the box and try a new color and it's a hit I love love love it. I cut it into a short bob. I think this will be my go to color for a while. I also had a bundle of ombre Carmel and mixed it in for some highlights. Give it a try ladies I think you'll love it too. The hair is not only soft and manageable and easy to style. I love it. This is my second time buying it thank you for your excellence.

Something is different

I purchased my hair initially last year and after some time finding a skilled braider had it installed. The hair lasted through two installs did not tangle or shed. My recent hair purchased this year (2025), seems to have a cheaper look and texture. The install is two weeks old and it is behaving differently it is tangling and shedding. I am a bit confused by this, the price is high but the quality this time around seems to have changed.
