Darkest Brown (col.2)

Customer service is great. Voiced my concerns with a batch that seemed to nat up fairly quickly and they sent me a replacement of much better quality.

I was initially excited about this hair however, I ordered the long length hair but received short. Which of course gives two totally different looks. I tried reaching out to customer service several times but received no response. Very disappointed and unhappy, especially considering the price.

It took months for me to decide to whether or not to buy this hair. I am so glad I did. It’s lightweight, water friendly and so easy to manage. I have installed it twice and was able to re-use about 80% of the hair. I’m ready to buy a different colour next.

Easy to install. Love the lightness of the crochet hair. Fabulous color. I will be purchasing again.

I order a set and 2 single bundles for conlor. The hair in the six pack looked ratty, like it had been worn and washed and on its third go round. I was so disappointed when I opened the package at the braider. I am cutting off ratty ends daily. This hair will not be able to be used again. The hair I ordered from Amazon looked better out of the package and wore better. Maybe a quality control issue?The single bundles were of the quality I expected.
