Great Customer Service

I have written a previous review about CrochetBraidsPlus (CBP) hair but I now want to say a few words about their customer service as well - which is excellent.

No matter how good a product is, a bad customer service experience can easily sour your desire to do repeat business with them. Well, I recently experienced an error with an order. However, the CBP return process was fast and easy. They were very polite and apologetic about the error and promptly supplied a return postage label. Once they received my return intact, they issued a credit to my account - which was the refund method I selected.
All in all, an excellent customer service experience. Well done.

I ordered the Salt & Pepper Yankytwists as I am starting to go gray around my temples and I do not wish to continue dying my hair. I blended in a few of the Salt & Pepper Yankytwists into the areas where I was a bit gray. Worked perfectly. The Salt & Pepper twists are not fully gray but just the right mixture of my natural color and the gray. Will keep these twists on hand.
