I purchased the YankyLush Human Hair Twist. Color Caramel Coffee (Col. #4). The color I received is "NOT" the color depicted in the photo on their website. The color I received was very light (cinnamon redish). I was told someone must have sent the wrong color. I mailed it back and again was sent the SAME color (cinnamon/redish). I can understand the difference in color from what is depicted on the site if it was a color like natural black verses B1. If there is a very big difference in color between what you are showing online and what you actually ship out, there should be some kind of heads up. I was also very disappointed because there was no OFFER to try to make this right. They just stopped comminicating!! I usually purchase the yanky twist with no issues. I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. Needless to say they have lost a customer. Poor customer service!! Disappointed!!
